Our journey began when Hebe was sailing to Africa in 2022, she saw the World's Toughest Row rowers out on the ocean, heard them on the VHF and was inspired by their passion for sport. As sailors we have always wanted to sail across the Atlantic Ocean, but seeing this determination from other athletes inspired us to row it. The seed of the idea was planted, and swiftly, we delved into researching every aspect. Before long we had officially entered the World’s Toughest Row 2026.

Hebe and Amy were brought together by our shared love of sailing, and so the idea of having an all Women’s team and raising money for Women in Sport, went hand in hand perfectly. After interviewing over 35 incredible women, Amy and Hebe have chosen their two final team members, one sailor and one rower, both with the right mindset and ambition for the journey ahead.

While our journey is just taking its initial steps, we warmly invite you to follow along and support us through the highs and lows, as we embark on thousands of hours of hard work with everything from administration tasks, rigorous training sessions on the water or in the gyms, as well as the fundraising events, details of which will be released soon.
